Acceptable Use Policy.

• The Service is strictly for adults aged 18 or over. It is not directed at children.
• You must not create an account, or attempt to use the Service, if you are under 18. You must not help anyone under 18 to access the Service or to hold an account.
• You must not misstate your age, or upload photos, videos or profile content depicting a minor as a prospective partner.
• We may ask for government-issued ID or other proof of age at any time and will close accounts we reasonably believe belong to a minor. Reports of a suspected under-18 account can be sent to support@keepithalal.com.

We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any form of child sexual exploitation or abuse. It is strictly prohibited to:

• Upload, share, request, link to, describe or solicit child sexual abuse material, including drawn, animated or AI-generated depictions of minors in a sexual context.
• Sexualise a minor in any content, message, profile, username or image.
• Groom, solicit, or attempt to arrange contact of any kind with a minor, or aid, abet or encourage anyone else to do so.
• Advertise, sell or trade in the sexual exploitation of children in any form.

Accounts involved in this conduct are removed immediately and permanently, evidence is preserved, and reports are made to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) and UK police, as applicable. Report suspected CSEA immediately to support@keepithalal.com with the subject "CSEA report".

The following are strictly prohibited, without exception:

• Human trafficking of any kind, including sex trafficking, forced labour, servitude, debt bondage and slavery.
• Recruiting, harbouring, transporting, advertising, transferring or obtaining any person for sexual exploitation, forced marriage, forced labour or any other form of exploitation.
• Prostitution, escort services, commercial sexual services, and pimping or procuring.
• Coercing, deceiving, threatening or defrauding any person into sexual activity, marriage, travel, financial transfer or work.
• Marriage or introductions arranged without the full, free and informed consent of both people.
• Aiding, abetting, facilitating, financing, promoting or encouraging any of the above, or using the Service to make contact for those purposes.

We report credible trafficking concerns to law enforcement and preserve relevant records. In the UK, the Modern Slavery Helpline is 08000 121 700; in an emergency, always call 999.

• Harassment, stalking, threats, hate speech, abuse or intimidation.
• Sexually explicit content, nudity, lewd language or sexual solicitation.
• Violence, extremism, terrorism, self-harm content or the sale of weapons or drugs.
• Fraud, scams, phishing, impersonation and money laundering.
• Sharing another person's personal data without their consent.
• Bypassing safety features, verification, blocks, reveal rules or chat restrictions.
• Scraping, bots, reverse engineering or interfering with the Service.

Every profile, chat and piece of media can be reported in the app, or by emailing support@keepithalal.com. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team. Depending on severity we may remove content, warn, mute, suspend or permanently ban an account, preserve evidence, and notify law enforcement. Serious decisions are reviewed by a person and can be appealed at the same address.
