Vetting fees

Vetting fees are non-refundable once the process has started. Our team begins reviewing documents, running checks and scheduling interviews immediately, so we cannot offer a refund after that point.

If you have not started the process — for example you paid but have not uploaded any documents — contact support within 14 days and we can reverse the purchase.

Hand-picked introduction delivery

Introductions are selected and released by our team, never sent automatically. Standard, Premium and Medal of Honour introductions are delivered in 3–5 working days.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. If your introduction is delayed beyond these windows you can request a status update from support.

Skipping an introduction

When you receive a hand-picked introduction you have 48 hours to accept or skip it with no charge.

If you skip after the 48-hour window, one paid skip is used from your account. Free skips are not used for introduction skips, so you will need a paid skip balance or purchase one.
